About Process Communication Model® (PCM®)
In 1971, Dr. Taibi Kahler discovered that human behaviour could be decoded objectively literally second by second as being either productive (communication) or non-productive (miscommunication).
He created the Personality Pattern Inventory (PPI), a statistically validated psychometric assessment that identifies 6 distinct personality types, each with particular characteristics, phase personality, drivers, failure patterns, distress behaviours and motivators.
For this discovery, the International Transactional Analysis Association awarded Dr. Kahler the 1977 Eric Berne Memorial Scientific Award – given for the most significant scientific discovery in the field of psychology.
Dr Taibi Kahler
From 1978-1996, Dr. Kahler consulted with NASA to incorporate PCM® into their astronaut selection, evaluation, team training and management processes.
From NASA to a former US President to Pixar Animation Studios and more, PCM has been used worldwide to yield immediate results in improving managers-subordinates-customers relationship, transforming classrooms and workplace and increasing productivity.
Individuals trained in PCM® gained fresh perspective into their leadership styles and are more creative in resolving conflict and motivating their loved ones, colleagues, staff and clients.
